Welcome to ALL-DIS. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ALL-DIS marketplace platform, website, and services. By registering, buying, or listing items on ALL-DIS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use our services as a buyer or seller, you must be at least 18 years old and create an account with accurate and verifiable information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Marketplace & Seller Obligations

ALL-DIS is a curated multi-vendor marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of designer, luxury, and collectible goods:

1. Authenticity Guarantee: Sellers strictly warrant that all listed items are 100% genuine and authentic. Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized items are strictly prohibited.
2. Item Condition & Accuracy: Sellers must accurately describe items, disclose any flaws, and provide genuine photographs.
3. Packaging Evidence: Sellers must record and upload packaging evidence prior to dispatch to protect against transit loss or dispute claims.
4. Fulfillment SLA: Sellers must drop off sold packages with FedEx within 48 hours of order confirmation. Failure to do so will result in automatic order cancellation and buyer refund.

3. Buyer Protection & Open Box Delivery

To ensure total customer confidence, ALLDIS provides buyer protection on all eligible orders:

1. Buyers are encouraged to record unboxing videos upon receipt ("Open Box Delivery") to verify item condition.
2. In case of discrepancies or damage, disputes must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting evidence.

4. Pricing, Commissions & Payouts

All prices are displayed in USD. Platform commission tiers are deducted from the seller's final sale price according to our published commission schedule. Seller payouts are disbursed via Stripe Connect upon successful delivery and authentication clearance.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is handled via official FedEx logistics. Returns are evaluated through our evidence-based dispute resolution process. If an item is verified counterfeit or misrepresented, the buyer receives a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

ALL-DIS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, unauthorized access, or carrier delays beyond our reasonable control.
